Came here for a pedicure in September and I was not disappointed. My feet went through alot this summer in the garden so the kind gentleman had his work cut out for him, but the end result was fantastic! Will be back in the future for another one. My toes and feet still look and feel awesome 2 months later.
The man that did my pedicure was not very friendly and spoke about me in his language to his co worker I looked at the other guy and he looked at right at that time. To me that’s rude and unprofessional! He also took over an hour grooming my nails which I had had a pedicure two months prior so it wasn’t like my nails were in horrible shape. The lady who did my manicure she was quick but also not friendly Wouldn’t recommend the place. She did do a good job on the nails
I have been going to this salon since they opened over 10 years ago. I have always gotten quality work done. They've redone any nails that they weren't satisfied with. They are a great, professional, courteous & kind group. I've never had to explain my requested services. I just tell them what I want & I always get what I asked for. I will always come back. This is my preferred nail salon in MB.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! This was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. They badly cut my big toe. It’s been four days and I still cannot wear proper shoes. I am soaking it in salt water every day because of their unsanitary conditions. I wish I had noticed sooner that they were storing their tool trays full of tools on the floor, not sanitizing the foot baths as customers transition, grabbing tools off of random stacks of used looking towels and not sanitizing them before using them on new customers, never cleaning a single station, and even not washing their hands. This place is not worth the risk.
I have been going to Southland Nail & Day Spa for 6 years now. I've had a wonderful experience every time. The staff are super friendly, I've built a good relationship with them, they are knowledgeable, passionate, and talented. They tend to overbook because they don't like to disappoint so you can sometimes expect to wait for your appointment, but this has never put me off. They are my go-to and I will always support them.
